Website Discount Calculator Guide

Step 1: Input the Original Price

Start by entering the actual price of your product or service in the “Original Price” field. This should be a positive number, such as $100, $200, etc.

Example:
Original Price: $100

Step 2: Enter the Discount Percentage

Next, enter the percentage discount you want to apply in the “Discount Percentage” field. This should also be a positive number, like 10%, 20%, etc.

Example:
Discount Percentage: 15% (Meaning you will receive a 15% discount)

Step 3: Click the “Calculate” Button

Once both values (Original Price and Discount Percentage) are entered, click the “Calculate” button. The calculator will instantly process the values and display the discounted price.

Step 4: View the Discounted Price

The calculator will quickly show the final price after applying the discount. This is the amount you will pay after deducting the discount from the original price.

Example:

• Original Price: $100
• Discount Percentage: 15%
• Discounted Price: $85 (After applying a 15% discount, the final price is $85)

Important Notes:

• If incorrect values are entered (such as negative numbers), the calculator will display a message: “Please enter valid positive numbers.”
• You can modify the input values multiple times to check different discount prices.
